When beginning a project, our first goal is to understand the client. This provides invaluable insight and understanding of the real issues at hand. Next, we research and provide the optimal solution or solutions available that suit the specific needs.

We then work with our clients to help them understand what options are available and what effects they will have, not only on the end result but on the time and budget involved, to provide the right solution for the project. Next we sit down and form a strategy outlining the milestones and phases necessary to complete the agreed upon goal.

Once the direction is determined, and detailed plan formed, a proposal is drafted which outlines costs, timelines, and desired functionality of the final solution. Extiris then constructs a prototype for the solution and develops design and interface mockups.

After the visual design has met approval from the client and the prototype of the solution is complete, extensive beta testing and review by the client begins. The result of this effort is a quality product that is dynamic in design and content, with a guarantee that the Extiris solution meets the functionality outlined in the proposals.
